Kulite collects personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number and email address, when you, as the user, fill in and submit an Information Request. We do not send any promotional emails or any direct marketing materials.

How Kulite Uses Your Information:

Operations: Kulite uses the information –other than Client Data- to operate, maintain, and provide our services to any information you request, such as responding to your comments or feedback.

Improvements:  Kulite uses the information – other than Client Data – to understand and analyze the comments, feedback, and suggestions to improve and develop new products and their functionality.

Communications: Kulite may use your email address or other information provided in our Information Request or Application form to contact you (i) to respond to your comment or Application request and (ii) for administrative purposes such as (a) addressing intellectual property infringement and (b) right of privacy violations.

How Kulite Shares Your Information:

  1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Kulite will not rent or sell your PII to others. We may store PII in locations outside the direct control of Kulite such as servers or databases hosted by our website providers. Any PII you elect to make publically available on our websites or third party applications (such as our Facebook page, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our website or third party applications, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Sites or third party application, or if other users have copied or saved that information. Our third party applications are managed by Kulite and the third party developer that requires you to register to post a comment. We do not have access or control of the information posted on these third party applications. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the PII that was posted in the comments section removed.   2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“N-PII”): Kulite may share N-PII (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLS, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to understand the usage patterns of our website.

Access, Correction, Deletion:

Kulite respects your privacy rights and provides you with reasonable access to the PII that you may have provided through your use of our Website. If you wish to access or amend any other PII we hold about you, or request that we delete any information that we have obtained from the Website or third party application, you may contact Pauline Pellegrino at pauline.pellegrino@kulite.com . At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database.

You may decline to share certain PII with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of features of our Information Request and Application forms.

At any time, you may object to the processing of your PII, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Data Retention and How We Protect Your Information:

PPI disclosed is retained within our databases when you submit an information request or application request. It is kept secure, accurate and up to date. We retain this for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which is used.

Our website contains links to third party websites mainly of trade shows that Kulite attends. These linked sites will have their own privacy notices and use of cookies which we suggest you review in order to better understand those websites’ procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing information.

We cannot be held responsible for the content on these third party websites, any use of these sites or the privacy practices of these websites.

Children:

While our website does not contain any explicit or sensitive content, the website is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any person under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13) and wish to request information from us, please have your parent or guardian do so on your behalf.

Our website contains embedded Vimeo videos. The plug-ins used for these are operated by Vimeo, Inc. When you visit a page with a Vimeo video, this will create a connection to Vimeo’s servers. Vimeo will be informed as to which pages you visited. If you have a log in with Vimeo, Vimeo can match your web surfing patterns to you. This can be prevented by logging out of your Vimeo account.

When a Vimeo video is played, the provider uses these cookies to collect information on your user behavior patterns.
