Privacy Notice for California Residents

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our privacy policy above and applies solely to all residents of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the categories either: (a) directly from you, i.e. applications and forms you complete on our website; or (b) indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our website.

Use of Personal Information

We may use, or disclose the personal information we collect for one of more of the following business purposes:

  • To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to ask a question about our products or services, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry;
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations;
  • To comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, and our policies;
  • To process employment applications;

Kulite has not sold personal information in the last twelve (12) months. Further, Kulite does not sell personal information to service providers or third parties.

We may disclose information to our affiliates and third parties: (i) as needed to complete the transaction, including delivery companies; and (ii) third parties who assist with webpage development and improvement, such as Google Analytics and Vimeo, as explained below.

Further, our website uses myStaffingpro to collect information submitted for employment applications. The applicant submits this information through the portal on www.kulite.com. The privacy policy can be found here: https://www.paychex.com/corporate/security/privacy

Embedded Vimeo Videos:

Our website contains embedded Vimeo videos. The plug-ins used for these are operated by Vimeo, Inc. When you visit a page with a Vimeo video, this will create a connection to Vimeo’s servers. Vimeo will be informed as to which pages you visited. If you have a log in with Vimeo, Vimeo can match your web surfing patterns to you. This can be prevented by logging out of your Vimeo account.

When a Vimeo video is played, the provider uses these cookies to collect information on your user behavior patterns.

If cookies are disabled, these cookies will not be in use when the video is watched. Vimeo does store non-personal information relating to use in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block cookies in your browser.

CCPA Consumer Rights and Information

The CCPA allows California consumers to request: access to their personal information in a portable and readily usable form; disclosure of the specific categories of, and sources for, personal information that the company has collected about the consumer; the business or commercial purposes for collecting the personal information; the categories of third parties with which the information was shared; the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information; and, deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

To exercise the rights listed above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by sending us a message on our website, or emailing us directly at info-kulite@kulite.com. Please use this contact for any further questions or concerns about Kulite’s privacy policy.

You, or your authorized agent, have the right to make a request twice within a twelve (12) month period, free of charge. You must verify your identity before we fulfill your request. Kulite will respond within forty-five (45) days of receiving your request, unless we request an extension. In the event an extension is needed, we will notify you of such within the initial forty-five (45) day period.

Kulite does not offer financial incentives for the collection, retention, or sale of your personal information. Kulite will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
